Welcome to the Scottish Islands Explorer

Scottish Islands Explorer - Delay in Publication of the May / June 2014 Issue

We have been hit by a 'triple whammy' and your patience is requested. At a critical time of production, Deborah Bryce, our designer, was involved, as a passenger, in a car accident and has been in hospital since Sunday 6 April. All being well, she should be back on Jura on Good Friday. The back-up version of her design was found to be incompatible with the software at the Studio of the printing company. The Easter Holiday close-down will not help. Consequently we hope that this issue will be with you and in the shops by Saturday 26 April. Meanwhile we wish Deborah a full recovery and look forward to seeing her skills on display, in print, within the next ten days.
